Cette clause oblige un indivisaire qui veut vendre, \u00e0 offrir d\u2019abord sa part \u00e0 ses co-indivisaires.<\/p>\n<p>Une convention d\u2019indivision doit \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9e tous les 30 ans.
